Thank you for visiting www.agintheclassroom.org. Agriculture in the Classroom (AITC) and Virginia Farm Bureau are committed to protecting and safe-guarding everyone who visits our site. We have internal procedures in place to protect your personal information. Because we value our relationship with you, we do not share the information we collect with other organizations.
Information We Collect AITC only gathers personal information, such as, first and last names, addresses and email addresses, when voluntarily submitted by you as registration for workshops and training programs, “What’s Growing On In Virginia?” newsletter, as part of grant information or other initiatives of the Foundation.
How We Use Information We Collect The information AITC collects is used to provide you with the services and information (newsletters - mailed and e-mail versions, program information, quarterly and special e-mail updates, etc.) that you have requested to receive from us.
Information We Share
AITC does not share its lists of educators or Foundation donors with any other organizations.
Security of Your Information
The security of customer information is very important to us and we take a number of steps to safeguard it. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with state and federal standards to guard non-public personal information about you. We limit access of personal information to those employees who provide products and services to you. Employees who fail to follow our established standards are subject to disciplinary action.
