AITC Teacher Workshop Preview

In addition to science, agriculture is a great way to teach social studies, economics, math and language arts. The process of getting milk from the farm to the grocery store demonstrates the use of capital, human and natural resources. Students can learn about area and perimeter as they “Discover an Acre”. AITC workshops provide teachers with the information and resources to make economic processes, math concepts, science and social studies understandable for their students.
